Granola with tahini? That is something different than with peanut butter or nut butter. Combined with miso, the recipe becomes even more hearty. Very tasty, promise! This granola recipe is super simple and you can vary endlessly with the ingredients. Do you like a daring breakfast? This slightly savory variant made me super happy, so I wanted to share it with you. Delicious with (homemade) coconut yogurt and roasted apple.

This is how you make it
Preheat the oven to 160° C.
Mix the oat flakes, sesame seeds, hemp seeds and white almonds in a bowl.
Stir the shiro miso, tahini and maple syrup in a bowl. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until all flakes are covered.
Spread on a baking tray and roast for about 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes if necessary.
Cut or tear the norivel into small pieces of approx. 1x1 cm. Mix with the granola once it has cooled.
