A freezer full of ice cream. That’s all we need in the heat, don’t we? Cool yourself down with these vegan popsicles. You don't have to be a kitchen prince(ss) to make them. A matter of mixing, freezing and eating. An ice cream maker is not necessary, but a blender and popsicle mould are. Do you only have a mould for ice cubes? Then just make mini popsicles!

This is what you need

Kitchenware

Blender
Ice mold

This is how you make it

  1. Peel the orange and lemon with a knife. Then put them in the blender as they are (whole) and grind completely.
  2. Add the curcuma latte and amazake and mix.
  3. Finally add the ginger beer and pulse a few times, until everything is mixed.
  4. Fill the popsicle mould with the mixture and allow to set in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Tip(s)

Use a good blender or smoothie maker. You will not get the lemon and orange 100% ground with a food processor.
