A freezer full of ice creams. We all want that in the heat, right? Cool yourself down with these vegan popsicles. You don't have to be a kitchen prince to make them. A matter of mixing, freezing and eating. An ice cream machine is not necessary, but a blender and popsicle holder are.If you only have a mold for ice cubes, just make mini ice creams!

This is how you make it

  1. Peel the orange and lemon with a knife. Then put them in the blender as they are (whole) and grind completely.
  2. Add the curcuma latte and amazake and mix.
  3. Finally add the ginger beer and pulse a few times, until everything is mixed.
  4. Fill the popsicle mould with the mixture and allow to set in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Tip(s)

  • Use a good blender or smoothie maker. You will not get the lemon and orange 100% ground with a food processor.
