Creamy ice creams with coconut, tahini and miso

Making ice creams yourself? It’s fun to do, it only takes you 10 minutes to prepare and the result is much healthier than ice cream from the supermarket or snack bar. This ice cream has a special coffee flavour. Not a fan of coffee? Then replace it withcocoa powder.

This is how you make it

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. Don’t mix for too long to avoid foam formation.
  2. Put the mixture in the ice moulds and put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Tip(s)

  • Do you like a little crunch inside? Then add 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds.
