This is how you make it

  1. Slice the zucchini and grill over high heat until golden brown.
  2. Cut the acovado and vegan feta into pieces.
  3. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Heat the wrap for 60 seconds on both sides.
  4. Spread the hummus over the wrap.
  5. Top with arugula, grilled zucchini, avocado, vegan feta and pine nuts.
