This is how you make it
Cook the soba according to the directions on the package (5-6 minutes).
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley. Grate the ginger.
Squeeze the lemon and mix with the ginger, tamari, sesame oil and crushed garlic.
Rinse the soba under cold water after cooking. Mix with the parsley and pour the sauce over the noodles.
