This is how you make it

  1. Hold a sheet of rice paper under the tap for a few seconds. Make sure the sheet is damp but not too wet.
  2. Lay on a board. Cover with a sheet of sushi nori and press well.
  3. Coat the sushi nori with a thin layer of oil.
  4. Sprinkle with gomasio.
  5. Wait for the sheet to dry or use a hair dryer to quickly dry the sheet before putting it in the oil.
  6. Cut or trim the sheet into 8 to 16 pieces.
  7. Heat coconut oil in a small pan over medium-high heat. Fry the seaweed snack in the oil for 5-10 seconds, or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Drain on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
