This is what you need

Arame3 g
Cucumber1
Rettich1
Nori crinkles15 g
For the dressing:
Ginger3 cm
Shoyu2 tspGenmai su2 tspRoasted sesame oil1 tsp
Chili pepper1/4
Sesame seeds3 tbsp
Lime juice1 tbsp
Mirin1 tbsp

This is how you make it

  1. Wash, well and cook the arame according to the packaging.
  2. Wash the cucumber and the radish and cut them into long thin strips. You get the best result with a spiral cutter.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a nice serving bowl.
  4. Rinse the arame when it is cooked and put it together with the cucumber,radish and nori crinkles with the dressing.
  5. Mix everything well and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for garnish.
