This is what you need

Pesto verde4 tbsp
Red pepper1/2
Zucchini1/2
Pine nuts2 tbspPinsa2 pcs
Vegan mozzarella100 g
Olive oilnaar smaak optional

This is how you make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Slice the pepper and courgette as thinly as possible.
  3. Slice the mozzarella.
  4. Place the pinsas on the baking tray.
  5. Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto verde evenly over each pinsa.
  6. Top each pinsa with slices of vegan mozzarella, pepper, courgette and 1 tablespoon of pine nuts.
  7. Bake the pinsas in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the vegan mozzarella is melted.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil to taste (optional).
