This is what you need

Long grain brown rice150 g
Red onion1
Chestnut mushrooms125 g
Indian Tikka Masala Curry Sauce1 jar
Roasted sesame oil1 tbspCashew nuts75 g

This is how you make it

  1. Prepare the rice according to the package directions.  
  2. Cut the turnip into small 1 or 1.5 centimeter cubes.  
  3. Steam the turnip in a steamer or using a steamer basket for 15 minutes until tender.  
  4. Finely chop the red onion. Cut the chestnut mushrooms into quarters.  
  5. Put the sesame oil in a frying pan. Sauté the onion. Add the mushrooms and fry for 3-5 minutes until tender.  
  6. Add the turnip and fry briefly.  
  7. Turn down the heat, add the tikka masala and warm gently.  
  8. Serve the curry with the unpolished rice and cashew nuts.
