How to make your own granola! Homemade granola is so much tastier and better than granola from a carton. This recipe for granola is a basic recipe. So we have worked with as few products as possible. Feel free to add your own raisins, pieces of dark chocolate, superfoods or seeds. It is best to add raisins and dark chocolate only after baking. The most important thing about making your own granola is that you use a good amount of fat and sugar, so that the flakes become crunchy. Of course we chose the better options: coconut oil and maple syrup are the best choice in our opinion. Let's bake!

This is how you make it
Preheat the oven to 160° C.
Combine all the ingredients for the base in a large bowl.
Melt the coconut oil in a fire-proof bowl in the oven. Mix with the maple syrup. Mix well into the oat and nut mix, so that every flake and nut is covered.
Spread the mixture evenly over a grate covered in parchment paper. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until evenly brown. Mix it up a bit in between.
