This is how you make it

  1. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Add the coconut cream, coconut oil, 3-nut butter, and a pinch of salt to the bowl and melt over gently simmering water (double boiler). Stir until smooth and glossy.
  3. Chop the pistachios and walnuts. Add them, along with the goji berries, to the chocolate mixture and fold everything together with a spatula. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up slightly.
  4. Place half of the mixture in the center of a sheet of parchment paper (about 25 x 25 cm). Fold the paper over and roll into a cylinder. Twist one end tightly and secure with a clip. Stand the roll upright and tap it gently on the work surface to create a firm, round shape. Twist the other end tightly and secure it with a clip as well. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Refrigerate the rolls for at least 3-4 hours to set.
  6. Remove the chocolate roll from the parchment paper, dust with powdered sugar, and slice into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
