Choco fudge with hazelnuts

If you love chocolate and fudge, this recipe is a must-do. It is a delicious soft fudge with a nice bite because of the hazelnuts. Of course you can alternate it with any other nut butters and nuts. To spoil yourself or others!

This is what you need

Vegan dark chocolate (72%)200 g
Coconut milk 80%40 mlHazelnut butter50 gMaple syrup grade C2 tbsp
Vanilla powderpinch
Hazelnuts brown75 g
Coarse sea saltto taste

This is how you make it

  1. Break the chocolate into cubes.
  2. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Keep about a third of the chopped hazelnuts aside.
  3. Put all ingredients, except the sea salt and 1/3 of the hazelnuts, in a saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring well. Once everything has melted, remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Cover a square tray of about 12x12 cm with baking paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the hazelnuts and sea salt to taste.
  5. Allow to cool completely in the refrigerator.

  • Keep it in the fridge, then it tastes best!
