Are you following a vegan diet? Or are you lactose intolerant? Vegan snacking doesn’t have to be difficult or unhealthy. Take a look at our collection of vegan snacks. You’ll see that there are plenty of options for conscious snacks without egg, butter, or dairy. Sweet or savory!
For a tasty snack, an overload of sugar is not always necessary. Even sweet snacks can often do just fine with less sugar. That’s why at TerraSana, we consciously choose vegan snacks with less or better sugars. We always avoid white granulated sugar, and preferably also cane sugar. However, for some sweet snacks, we need to use sugar because you can’t really call it fudge without sugar. In that case, we usually use only coconut blossom sugar. As far as we’re concerned, that’s the best sugar there is. Why? Well, coconut blossom sugar has a low glycemic index, so your blood sugar doesn’t shoot up immediately when you eat a vegan cookie, for example. Do you want to snack vegan without sugar? Then the licorice pastilles, lentil chips, and triangle chips are the best option for you.
Do you want to have vegan snacks at home but don’t have time to prepare snacks yourself? Put a bowl of vegan fudges on the table, and we bet the kids at the party will love unpacking them. Cut the vegan hazelnut wafers into beautiful strips, serve vegan cookies, Coconut Paradise, or Ginger Pleasure (those are the luxury chocolates) alongside them, and your guests will be happy for sure. Our best tip for a birthday with healthier options: break the fruit popsicles into pieces and use them as ice cubes in your favorite mocktail. Great idea for a vegan birthday!
If you’re not much of a sweet tooth, then the triangle chips are a great option for the table. Serve them with hummus or a tasty salsa. The lentil chips are also dangerously delicious, and both are a good option for both vegans and gluten-free eaters.
