This is how you make it
- Slice the zucchini and grill over high heat until golden brown.
- Cut the acovado and vegan feta into pieces.
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Heat the wrap for 60 seconds on both sides.
- Spread the hummus over the wrap.
- Top with arugula, grilled zucchini, avocado, vegan feta and pine nuts.
