Vegan spice nuts

This is what you need

Spelt flour150 g
Coconut blossom sugar80 g
Pumpkin pie spice3 tbsp
Coconut oil (deodorised)80 g
Saltpinch of
Baking powder1 tsp
Maple syrup grade A2 tbsp


Food processor

This is how you make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Place all ingredients in the food processor and grind to a dough.
  4. Make small balls and place them on the baking tray. Press them slightly so that they get the shape of spice nuts.
  5. Bake them for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
