This is how you make it
- Wash, well and cook the arame according to the packaging.
- Wash the cucumber and the radish and cut them into long thin strips. You get the best result with a spiral cutter.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a nice serving bowl.
- Rinse the arame when it is cooked and put it together with the cucumber,radish and nori crinkles with the dressing.
- Mix everything well and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for garnish.
