This is how you make it
- Wash the vegetables and cut into thin slices.
- Heat a grill pan and grill the vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Turn around regularly. Sprinkle with a very small amount of oil if you like.
- Heat the wraps in the hot, dry grill pan on both sides for about ten seconds.
- Place the wraps on a plate and spread with a good layer of hummus. Top with the grilled vegetables.
- Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes and capers.
- Season with basil leaves, salt and pepper.
