This is how you make it
- Put the oatmeal, vegetable drink, broken linseed and curcuma vanilla latte in a pan and bring to the boil. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Use crushed or ground flaxseed, otherwise it won't bind well.
- Mash the banana and stir it into the oatmeal.
- Remove the pan from the heat and put the oatmeal in a bowl.
- Garnish with grated coconut, blueberries and raspberries.
Tip(s)We garnished the oatmeal with a cube of these delicious carrot muffins and a scoop of whipped vegan cream.
