This is what you need

Frozen banana2 pcs
Frozen mango pieces150 g
Spinach60 g
Cucumber1/4
Lime1/2
Matcha cooking grade1 tsp
Hemp seeds1 tbsp
Water400 ml

This is how you make it

  1. Cut the bananas and mango into pieces and put them in the freezer overnight.
  2. Cut the cucumber into pieces.
  3. Squeeze half the lime.
  4. Put all ingredients in the blender and grind into a smooth smoothie.
  5. Enjoy!

Tip(s)

  • Would you like it a little sweeter? Then add a date (or 2).
