This green chutney is delicious with dips and naan (Indian bread). Just put it on the table with a drink. You can compare it a bit with a pesto, but with flavors from the east.

Fresh cilantro40 g
Fresh mint20 g
Garlic4 clove
Ginger4 cm
Water80-100 ml
Lemon juice4 tbsp
Tahini dark80 g

Place all ingredients for the chutney in the blender. Start with 80 ml of water, add a little more if you find the chutney too thick.
