This is how you make it
- Preheat the oven to 160° C.
- Combine all the ingredients for the base in a large bowl.
- Melt the coconut oil in a fire-proof bowl in the oven. Mix with the maple syrup. Mix well into the oat and nut mix, so that every flake and nut is covered.
- Spread the mixture evenly over a grate covered in parchment paper. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until evenly brown. Mix it up a bit in between.
