This is how you make it
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Place in the freezer overnight.
- Grind the bananas, together with the gingerbread spices, into an even, icy substance in the blender. Finally add the cocoa nibs and pulse briefly until everything is well mixed.
- Mix the peanut butter loosely with the banana with a knife, so that the peanut butter remains visible and you get a marble effect.
- The ice cream is best if you eat it immediately or put it in the freezer for another hour (or 2), until it has the right thickness.
